Individual Upload - Socio Economic Development
1. Click on the purple “Scorecard” icon in the toolbar options on top and click the “View All” button from the options provided OR click the “View All” Button on the purple Scorecard Icon from the dashboard page, as depicted below.
2. Select the scorecard you wish to upload information too, by clicking on the description of the scorecard.
3. Select the Socioeconomic Development element by clicking on the name in the blue bar.
4. Scroll further down on the Socioeconomic Development page and click on the green button “Individually” to add beneficiaries manually.
5. Add the name of the beneficiary under the Name field and click on the green “Save” button to save captured details.
6. Once the data has been saved it will be displayed under Listing Beneficiaries.
7. To add contributions to a specific beneficiary, click on the beneficiary name under listing beneficiaries and click on the green button “New Spend Item”.
8. Populate your data into the fields provided. After entering all your information, click on green “Save” button at the bottom to save the data.
9. Once the data has been saved it will be displayed under contributions made to the beneficiary.
