How to Lock a Scorecard

How to Lock a Scorecard

Step 1:

From the dashboard of the SMS system, select the Procurement Scorecards menu to access the list of your scorecards.

Step 2:

Once the list is open, click ‘Edit’ next to the scorecard you would like to lock or unlock.

Step 3:

From the scorecard details, there is a tick box at the bottom, that is the last option on the details. To lock, tick the box, and to unlock, untick the box. Then click ‘Update scorecard’ to save your changes.

Once the scorecard is locked, it will have a little lock next to the ‘Edit’ button.
