How to capture YES contributions

  1.  To access the YES calculator, you need to go to the applicable scorecard and click on “YES Participation” on the blue bar as shown below:Picture 1.png
  2. Answer the prerequisite questions 1 and 2, the last prerequisite will be automatically generated by the system. The last prerequisite will be automatically generated by the system.Picture 2.png
  3. The next step is calculating your YES target: fill in the YES registration date, your previous years headcount, previous years revenue and net profit after tax for the past 3 years as shown below and then click on save changesPicture 3.png
  4. Capture your YES contributions under “Let’s get your contributions” and then click on save change: 
    • Number of eligible employees – is number of YES employees hired in the measured entity
    • Number of sponsored employees – is number of YES employees sponsored to EME or QSE companies (these contribute to the Measured Entity’s YES target)
    • Number of absorbed candidates – is number of YES employees absorbed at the end of the 12 months, not applicable for the first year of YES participationPicture 4.png
  5. Target- Your targets will be reflected as shown below.  In the example below,
    • 100% of Y.E.S target is 6 eligible hires and 1 absorption.
    • 150% of Y.E.S target is 9 eligible hires and 1 absorption
    • 200% of Y.E.S target is 12 eligible hires and 1 absorptionPicture 5.png
  6. The actual on the scorecard will turn to green if the targets are met on each tier.Picture 6.png
  7.  The system will confirm on whether the Y.E.S absorption targets have been met to get a level or 2 level boost:Picture 7.png
  8. Click on scorecard insights to confirm the final level after the Y.E.S boost.
