Evidence Upload: Socio-Economic Development
The BEEToolkit can be used as a depository for different files for B-BBEE audit submissions. The supporting documentation required for verification can be uploaded in the tool ahead of time for easy access.
Note that the Verification Agencies might request additional evidence not listed in this section.
How to add overall evidence under Socio-Economic Development:
Step 1: Open the scorecard by clicking on its description and click on the Socio-Economic Development tab.
Step 2: Hover the cursor on “Add Widgets” and select ‘Overall evidence’.
Step 3: Click on the name of the file you wish to upload, the selected document name will appear on the right side. Then click the plus icon for uploading.
How to add individual evidence under Socio-Economic Development:
Step 5: For individual beneficiaries and contribution transactions, click on the Socio-Economic Development element tab to open details of initiatives. And click on the name of the beneficiary’s name to open their profile.
Step 6: Scroll down and click on ‘Add file’ next to the relevant document and upload the applicable file.
You can upload evidence per beneficiary and per contribution. The files will then be listed as below and available for viewing and downloading
