Below is a step-by-step process on how to upload evidence on B-BBEE toolkit under the ownership element.

How to add overall evidence under Skills Development:

Step 1: Select the Skills Development tab on the blue bar within your scorecard:

Step 2: Ensure that the “Overall Evidence” widget is enabled. If it is not, click on the “Add Widget” box and tick on “Overall Evidence”:

Step 3: Go to the “Overall Evidence” section. You will see various documents listed, with an indication of the number of files uploaded. You would firstly click the name of the document as per below selected SETA approved WSP and then On the right-hand of the screen, click on the + button, select the file where it is saved on your pc, and save it onto the Toolkit.

An example would be adding a SETA Approved WSP. The number of files uploaded will now show as 1 and the name of the uploaded document appears to the right:

How to add individual evidence under Skills Development:

Step 1: Click on the name of a training program:

Step 2: Click on the individual learner name :

Step 3: Scroll down until you see the “Evidence” section:

Step 4: Click on “Add File” and select the file from where it is saved on your PC. The name of the file will then appear, as well as when it was uploaded:

For Skills Development, you can upload per training intervention as well as per participant.
