Detailed view vs Summary view

Detailed view vs Summary view

Before accessing these 2 views, log into the BEEtoolkit. Select the Scorecard function from the dashboard and head over to the scorecard that you wish to work on.

We will use the Management Control element for this example. Please note the same will apply for all elements.

When clicking on the Management Element you will see below the score the link to Summary View and Detailed View.

Detailed View:

Detail view allows for evidence to be uploaded individual or from a spreadsheet.

Once information has been uploaded you can see a detailed list of all the employees in the relevant management level. You can also edit or delete employees by clicking on them.

 Information can be downloaded in pdf and in Excel

 Summary View:

Summary view allows for the data to be uploaded in summary form. You can still use the scorecards as per normal.

You can only download the PDF reports when using the summary view.

Important:

  1. It is safe to switch between views to explore the system, just be aware that as soon as you start saving data in Detailed View it will overwrite data entered in Summary View
