Bulk Upload - Preferential Procurement
Step 1: Click on the “View all” under the Scorecard icon on the dashboard, as depicted below.
Step 2: Select the scorecard you wish to upload the information to by clicking on the description of the scorecard.
Step 3: On the blue Navigation bar, click on the Enterprise & Supplier Development element.
Step 4: Once in the ESD element, click on " Preferential Procurement", Scroll down and click on "From a spreadsheet".
Step 5: On the “Import data’’ page, follow the instruction and download the spreadsheet template using the link found on the first instruction. Populate and save your data into the spreadsheet. For columns with dropdowns, please only select values from this drop-down. Please note, if you are copying from another source, that you select "Paste Values" when pasting copied data as normal pasting may overwrite the drop-down functionality. Once you have entered and saved the desired data click on "Choose File" or "Browse".
Step 7: You can now navigate to the spreadsheet location, select the spreadsheet and click open. Once the spreadsheet has been selected, click on "Save" to begin the upload of your data.
