Beagle Database integration

Mpowered has launched a scorecard certificate database technology solution used by specific industries and specialist organizations to create industry specific databases of BBBEE scorecards.

The company advises you to ask your suppliers to upload their scorecards onto the database. Once a supplier has done this, the Supplier Management System will match the VAT number you have entered for your supplier to a VAT number on Beagle, then you will immediately have your scorecard in the system without having to upload any of the information manually. In short, this automates the B-BBEE scorecard data capturing.

This solution is usually offered as a value add service to an industry, whereby industry stakeholders participate in sharing B-BBEE scorecard information via one central database. This enables companies to easily search for supplier B-BBEE scorecards, and it enables industries to track the B-BBEE compliance of their industry sectors.
