How to add overall evidence under Management Control:
Step 1: Select the Management Control tab on the blue bar within your scorecard:
Step 2: Ensure that the “Overall Evidence” widget is enabled. If it is not, click on the “Add Widget” box and tick on “Overall Evidence”:
Step 3: Go to the “Overall Evidence” section. You will see various documents and it will be indicated next to the document name whether files have been uploaded.
If, for example, you want to add the CoR39 (previously CM29), click on the name of that document and click the green + button to add documents from your PC and save it onto the Toolkit:
The number of files uploaded will now show as 1 and the name of the uploaded document appears to the right:
How to add evidence to individual claims under Management Control:
Step 1: Click on the name of the employee
Step 2: Scroll to the bottom of the employee’s profile page to proceed with uploading evidence, click on the “Add File” button to upload documents against the document description:
Step 3: Once the document has been loaded, the document name will appear under the document heading:
