Key Principles:
- Compliance targets must be met in accordance with the overall demographic representation of the Black Economic Active Population (EAP). This is applicable on the indicators measuring Senior, Middle and Junior Management.
- Management Control must be measured based on current status of payroll.
- If a measured entity does not distinguish between Other Executive Management and Senior Management, then Other Executive Management is measured as a single indicator with a weighting of 6 points. Split as 4 and 2.
