In the event that you need to reset your password follow the steps below.
Step 1: Go to the login page of the system you are using and click on the "Forgotten your password" link, see picture
Step 2: After clicking on the link, you will be taken to the following page. Enter the Email address you are using to access the system. Click on the "Reset my password" button. An email containing a link will be sent to that email address.
Step 3: Check you emails for a message from the system. The email will have a link which you can follow to the screen below.
Step 4: Enter your new password in the two allocated areas and click on the "Update my password" button
You will be returned to the home page of the system where you can now login with your email address and new password.
