Search for Certificates / Affidavits / Auditor's Letters on Bulk

Searching for certificate / affidavit / auditor's letter in bulk:

 

1. Go to the home page and click on the 'Do a Bulk Search' button.

 

 

2. The following screen will appear with the appropriate instructions on it. Click on the highlighted link to download the spreadsheet template. This is illustrated on the screen below.

 

 

3. Then fill in the template with the VAT numbers of the suppliers that you are looking for (as shown below) and save the file on your computer.

 

 

4. Return to the website and on the same screen as per number 2 above, click on "Choose File" / "Browse" and search for the file you have just saved.

 

 

5. Click on the 'Search' button.  This will then return all the results that could be found on the database.  Please note that the database will only return results for VAT numbers that could be found. You are then able to either download the results to Excel (pink block) or download the first 50 certificates to a ZIP folder (blue block).
