To ensure that the supplier has been captured correctly, we suggest that you download a report to excel and search for the supplier. If the supplier still cannot be found, it could mean that the supplier hasn’t been loaded yet. Load the supplier in the Beetoolkit either via a spreadsheet or through an individual upload.
